The CF Bedford Rebuild Begins
Part 6: No turning back
The more I work on this Bedford van the more I wish I had found a better one, it is so rusty.
Oh well, soldier on as they say.
I've decided to start at the back again and work forward, I know I'm going to get held up by parts and people so will also do the sides. The main objective is to get everything tack welded in place and spend a few days (carefully) welding the whole thing up, with so many big panels and amount of repairs every panel is being repaired/modified at least 3 times per panel. Hopefully with a lot of time, a body file, a gas set (for shrinking), my trusty panel hammer and dollies I can end up with the whole van just needing a very thin layer of bondy/bog/filler.
Because I am not going to finish one section before starting another, the following pages may be added to or adjusted to suit the days/weeks work done.
Lets start at the bottom rear of the van.
